Troubleshooting

  • Is your website having problems?
  • Did your web designer leave town and leave you hanging?
  • Does the brochure you whipped together on your own need a teeny bit of help?
  • Is the so-called easy-to-use web design software you bought driving you crazy?

If you answered, "yes" to any of these questions, you may need some troubleshooting:

  • coaching you through a technical problem
  • finishing up a project
  • suggesting solutions to problems
  • answering questions, such as: "Should I try to fix this or start over?"
  • helping you set up branded e-mail accounts

Troubleshooting is like a walk-in clinic for your website, print project, or technical issue. If you need assistance that Linden Tree Web Works can't provide, I will recommend other resources to meet your needs.

Clients are billed for troubleshooting at the Linden Tree Web Works hourly rate.
