About Linden Tree Web Works
Linden Tree Web Works is owned and staffed by Ann M. Roller. I wear all the hats:
- graphic designer
- bookkeeper
- technical support
- writer/editor
- customer service representative
- marketing director
- Chamber of Commerce liason
- housekeeping staff
I enjoy all of my roles except the bookkeeping and housekeeping. Running Linden Tree Web Works is by far the most fun and rewarding job I've ever had, with the exception of being a parent.
I do not outsource projects; my clients talk to me, and not somebody in another part of the world.
My Philosophy
- Figure out what you're better at than the competition. Use this to define yourself; don't let others define who and what your are.
- Work with excellent people. Take good care of them. Help them be successful.
- Do quality work. Offer no excuses. If you don't get it right the first time, make sure you get it right the second time.
- If it was easy, anybody could do it.
